This Site Can Be Turned Into a Web App On Your Phone/Tablet
There is no dedicated phone app, either for Apple or for Android, which will allow you to access this site. But since this site was designed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) you don't need a dedicated app!
Major web browsers on both Apple and Android will allow you to install a PWA website as an app! You just need to find out how to do that in your browser. Once installed, the PWA will have its own icon and will open as an app, rather than as a web page.
On my Android tablet the web app looks like this (it woud, of course, be smaller on a phone):
